Terms of service

These terms apply to monthly packages, custom monthly orders and project work from Paladi Film, a brand of PALÁDI Kft. (1094 Budapest, Tűzoltó u. 23. III/4., Hungary, company reg. no. 01 09 661414). We work only with businesses, not with consumers. Your order or contract says what you buy. These terms cover the rest. If the two differ, your contract wins.

What you can order

• Monthly packages: AI Basic, AI Standard and AI Premium, with the content listed on our site at the time you order.
• Custom months: any mix from the Build Your Month page, with a minimum order of €500 a month.
• Launches and other projects: quoted separately for each project.

How long and how to cancel

• Monthly packages and custom months run for at least 3 months.
• After that they continue month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice by email.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced with reverse charge.
• We invoice at the start of each month. Payment is due within 8 days.
• One-off setups, such as a digital twin for AI Basic, are invoiced in the first month.
• Work outside your order costs €95 an hour excl. VAT, and we always agree it with you before we start.
• If an invoice is unpaid after its due date, we may pause work until it's paid.

Planning and approval

• Each month we send a content calendar with scripts for you to approve before we make anything.
• We then send the finished content for approval. If we don't hear back within 3 working days, it counts as approved.
• AI Basic and AI Standard include one round of changes per piece. AI Premium includes two. Further changes count as extra work.
• Content that isn't used in a month doesn't carry over to the next month.

Your material

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us: logos, photos, music, product information and the like.

Digital twins and voice clones

• We only create a digital twin or a cloned voice with the written consent of the person it is based on.
• We use it only for your content. We delete it when the contract ends or when the person withdraws consent.
• You approve every translation and dubbed version before it is published.

Who owns the content

Once you've paid for it, the finished content is yours to use. We may show it as a reference for our work unless you ask us not to.

Ads and results

• You pay the ad budget directly to Meta or Google, so it stays under your control.
• Lead ads bring enquiries, but we can't promise a number of leads, a reach or sales. Those depend on your budget, your offer and your market.

AI labels

Content that is generated or changed with AI and could pass as real, such as digital twin videos, is clearly labelled as AI-made where the law requires it, including under the EU AI Act, and where Instagram, Facebook or TikTok require it. We add the label on screen or in the caption, and switch on the platform's AI label when we post. Please don't remove these labels when you reuse the content.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to new orders. Hungarian law governs these terms.
