Who we are

Paladi Film is a brand of PALÁDI Kft., which decides how your personal data is used (the "controller").

When you contact us

If you write to us through the form on this site, email or call us, we get your name, email address, company, phone number if you give it, and whatever you write to us.

• Why: to answer you and prepare an offer.
• Legal basis: steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• How long: up to 2 years after our last contact if no contract follows.

When you become a client

We keep your contact and billing details, and the material you send us for your content: logos, images, product information and the like.

• Why: to deliver the service and invoice you.
• Legal basis: the contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legal duty to keep invoices and accounting records (Article 6(1)(c)).
• How long: for the length of the contract. Invoices and accounting records for 8 years, as Hungarian accounting law requires.

Digital twins and voice clones

To make a digital twin or a cloned voice, we use recordings of a person's face and voice. We only do this with the written consent of that person, and we use the twin or voice only for your content.

• Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)). The person can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
• How long: we delete the twin, the voice model and the source recordings when the contract ends or when consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. Content already published stays with you.

When you visit this site

• Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
• All fonts and files load from our own site. No third-party trackers or font services.
• Our showreel is hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. When you do, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
• The Build Your Month page runs in your browser. Your selection only reaches us if you send it through the form or copy it to us.

Who else sees your data

We don't sell your data. These providers process it for us:

• Google (Google Workspace): our email.
• Cloudflare: website hosting.
• YouTube (Google): plays our showreel, only after you press play.
• Web3Forms: delivers the messages you send through our contact form to our email.
• The AI tools we use for video, voice and image production: only the material needed to make your content.
• Our accountant: billing details, for invoicing and bookkeeping.

Some of these providers are based in the United States or move data there. Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@paladifilm.com and we'll answer within one month.

If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, naih.hu. You can also go to court.
